Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused items to us for a full refund. 

Please note that only products purchased on the I Love It Here UK website may be returned for a refund.  If you purchased from a stockist, you must contact them regarding any returns.

Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.  Sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery.  Final sale merchandise will be noted on the website. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, I Love It Here UK reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Final Sale items
• Items returned without their original packaging
• Used or worn items
• Items with tags removed
• Items purchased through other retailers
• Made to Order items
• Antique & Vintage items
• Personalised items

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as the original payment. 

I Love It Here UK will refund the original form of payment you provided.  We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.  Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@iloveithere.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In case of a damaged item, please retain the shipping box, packaging materials and the damaged items for inspection and assessment.

Price Adjustments
I Love It Here UK will honour a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the purchase date if you see an item on sale after paying the original price.  To receive a price adjustment, please contact  info@iloveithere.co.uk and refer to the order number found on your confirmation email.  Some promotions may be excluded.
