Shipping policy

We kindly ask our customers to ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as I Love It Here UK Limited cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

An email notification will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey.

Our couriers are trusted services, and as such I Love It Here UK Limited will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

 Shipping in the UK

We offer Royal Mail Tracked - Second Class (3-5 working days) at £2.95, or a similar service, whichever we see fit, as standard on all our orders shipping in the UK.

All orders may require up to 72 hours or 3 business days from the time they are placed for processing, pending stock availability and credit card verification.  We aim to dispatch every parcel within 5 business days - during busy periods this may be slightly longer. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed we will contact you through the email provided at checkout.

Shipping to the rest of the world

We use DHL Express which provide expedited tracked delivery, or a similar service, whichever we see fit, as standard on all international orders.

From January 1st 2021, all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are considered international and may be subjected to additional charges, taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country, which will be payable by the recipient.

 Order Processing

  • We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
