Shipping policy

We kindly ask our customers to ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as I Love It Here UK Limited cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

An email notification will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey.

Our couriers are trusted services, and as such I Love It Here UK Limited will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

 Shipping in the UK

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. A single standard shipping rate is available at checkout. Orders are processed within the timeframe stated below, subject to stock availability and payment verification.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked - Second Class (3-5 working days) at £3.99, or a similar service, whichever we see fit, as standard on all our orders shipping in the UK.

All orders may require up to 3 business days from the time they are placed for processing, pending stock availability and credit card verification.  We aim to dispatch every parcel within 5 business days - during busy periods this may be slightly longer. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed we will contact you through the email provided at checkout.
